By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.


PAYMENT MODALITIES, PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract. All goods remain the property of CelineClaireAccessories until full payment has been received. If third party providers are commissioned with the payment processing e.g. Paypal, their general terms and conditions apply. Until full payment, the delivered goods remain the property of CelineClaireAccessories.

All prices stated on the CelineClaireAccessories website are gross prices in euros and include all statutory taxes and duties for domestic deliveries. Any shipping costs will be shown separately and clearly communicated to the buyer during the ordering process.

For deliveries outside Austria, additional customs duties and/or taxes may apply, including any import or export duties and any excise taxes. Such customs duties and/or levies shall be borne in full by the Buyer.

DELIVERY TIME

The stated delivery times are to be understood as a guide and do not guarantee that they can be met.

RETURN OF GOODS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act may withdraw from the purchase contract without justification within fourteen working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer, provided that the withdrawal is sent in due time. Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods. After inspection, the goods will either be exchanged or the amount of money will be refunded.

When withdrawing, the goods must be returned complete and in their original packaging, in unused and newly resalable condition. The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer.

The refundable invoice amount may be reduced accordingly by the seller if items are impaired by signs of use, damaged or incomplete. To preserve the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the declaration of withdrawal in time, e.g. by letter or email to:

CelineClaireAccessories does not cover the shipping costs for the return shipment and in case of exchange of ordered goods from the webshop.
